Our grand ballroom, The Windsor Suite, is filled with natural light, impressive vaulted ceilings and room for up to 260 guests. We’ve also got spaces for more personal weddings, dressed beautifully and totally intimate so that you can celebrate with your very closest family and friends.

Just outside our door, the iconic Windsor Castle makes an impressive backdrop to capture your first married moments. Meander the cobbled streets and historic architecture hand in hand. Wedding catering
We’ll introduce you to Head Chef Suraj. He just loves suggesting a menu or creating dishes that fit your day and your budget. Chicken sourced locally or dairy-fed cuts of beef from Westcombe farm, we source as seasonally as we can because that’s doing the right thing. Most couples choose a traditional sit-down wedding breakfast but we’re open to coming up with some different ideas with you. A BBQ outside? Street food from across the globe or a buffet of all your favourite food? It’s your day, so why not make it full of your favourite foods?
Your wedding, your way
Sometimes you might want to do things a little differently. Our spaces are also available as a dry hire option. Simply hire our venue and bring in your own chosen caterers and suppliers. It is a popular option if you are looking for an Asian wedding venue in the heart of Windsor.
