Central Reservations Manager

Managing the day to day operations in the Central Reservations office, you will have reservations experience, preferably within a central or cluster office, overseeing an assistant manager and a team of reservations agents. You will retain a strong focus on achieving the hotel sales strategy and maintaining a positive sales environment. You are attentive, well organised and display high levels of customer service standards.

You will be leading the central reservations team, being supported by our Area Revenue Manager.  The Area Revenue Manager is dedicated to prioritising your learning and development, coaching and supporting you from the moment you join.

Room Attendant

Working at the heart of our business, cleaning guest bedrooms and public areas, you will have a warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is certainly an asset. You will have the ability to anticipate and focus your attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming. Excellent organisational skills and time management are a must.

Reception Manager

Inspiring and engaging, as the Reception Manager, you will show your leadership and interpersonal strengths, and ensure an exceptional guest journey. This role would suit someone who is passionate about and has the desire to progress their career in hospitality management. You will have a service-focused personality and previous leadership experience is required. Technical confidence, particularly with one of the recognised hotel PMS systems, would be a distinct advantage.

Food & Beverage Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to deliver unique and personal guest experiences at Castle Hotel Windsor. Someone who is always available  when the guest needs them. You will have previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a similar environment, although continuous training and development will be provided. Always committed to  outstanding service and quality standards, you’ll have a passion for delivering memorable moments through your service, as well as contributing and supporting your team.

Host/Hostess

We are looking for a dedicated host/hostess to provide the warmest of welcome to our hotel and restaurant guests, as well as manage bookings and walk-ins. Working closely with your food and beverage colleagues to maximise occupancy and restaurant revenue, you will have a kind and generous disposition, love working with people and be a natural host. A passion for food and beverage and our unique, historic setting would be a distinct advantage.

Receptionist

Working as a member of the team, you will provide a wonderfully warm welcome to all of our hotel guests. While not essential, previous experience of working in a hotel reception, preferably in the luxury four- or five-star market, would be a distinct advantage. Familiarity with a hotel PMS will also give you an edge over other candidates. Strong communication skills, an ability to work under pressure and immaculate personal presentation, as well a professional and warm personality are all part of the overall picture.

Events Sales Executive

Reliable and engaging, as our Events Sales Executive you will demonstrate the essence of creating an exceptional guest journey. You are committed to taking care of the guests from the moment they contact us with their enquiry.

You will work closely with the Sales Office Manager, who will coach and mentor you through your career with us.
