Do you have accessible rooms?

Yes we do, call us on +44 (0)1753 851 577 and we will do everything we can to help.

Do you have any rooms with twin beds?

We have nine Twin Rooms here at the Castle Hotel that are perfect if you are travelling with friends or family.

What are the check in and check out times?

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am. Need more time? Email us on reservations@suttonhotelcollection.com to discuss an early check-in or a late check-out.

Are we able to book as a large group?

Of course, please get in touch with us directly on reservations@suttonhotelcollection.com if you would like to discuss any extras such as interconnecting rooms or dinner reservations. We will work hard to make your stay a memorable one.

Do you have robes and slippers in the rooms?

Absolutely, you will usually find these in the wardrobe.

Do you have hairdryers?

Yes, you will find a hairdryer in every room.

Do you have fridges in the rooms?

Fridges are available in all rooms, offering complimentary still and sparkling water. In our Suites, our mini fridges come stocked with complimentary soft drinks. You will also find fresh milk in all the rooms to enjoy with your morning cup of tea or coffee.

Do you have tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms?

There is a kettle in every room, as well as cafetieres and Nespresso machines in certain room types. A range of teas are also provided in your room.

Do you have irons?

Yes, these will usually be found in the wardrobe along with an ironing board.

Do you have laundry facilities?

Yes we do, and you will find a laundry bag, prices and more information in your room.

Do you have dog-friendly rooms?

Yes. We can welcome up to two well-trained pups in our special dog-friendly rooms, for a cost of £30 per dog per night. For more information, visit our Stay page.

Are we able to store our luggage here?

Of course, if you arrive early or want somewhere to store your cases once you have checked out, you can speak to staff on reception who will kindly assist.

Is there a lift?

There is a lift conveniently located next to reception.

Is there parking on-site?

Yes, you will find a car park behind the hotel and spaces are secured on a first come first served basis. If you are driving to the hotel, please enter via Bachelors Acre, SL4 1ER. Parking is priced at £30 per 24hrs.

Can I charge my electric vehicle?

We also have a charging point for electric vehicles located in our car park.
