Redefining our restaurant
The British Brasserie will be an exciting new dining destination in the heart of Windsor. It will be a modern celebration of Britain’s culinary heritage, showcasing the finest local ingredients. The restaurant will serve authentic dishes prepared with care and presented with genuine British charm. Set in a timelessly elegant, vintage-inspired space, the brasserie’s menus will highlight seasonal and locally sourced produce, including Berkshire cheeses, grass-fed meats, and the freshest seafood caught along the British coast.

While our restaurant and bar will be closed during this exciting redevelopment, our friendly team are ready to welcome you. For guests staying with us, take a seat in our cosy library for breakfast for a leisurely start to the day and enjoy our selection of hot and cold options. We’re also serving our smaller all day menu which includes a selection of our favourite dishes.
