Redefining our restaurant
The British Brasserie will be a much sought after and new dining concept in the heart of Windsor. A modern British brasserie that captures the best of Britain. Cultivating the best ingredients cooked authentically and served with British charm in a timelessly modern vintage setting. The menus will heavily on seasonal and locally grown produce. Think local cheeses from Berkshire, grass-fed premium cuts of meat and the freshest seafood.

While our restaurant and bar will be closed during this exciting redevelopment, our friendly team are ready to welcome you. For guests staying with us, take a seat in our cosy library for breakfast for a leisurely start to the day and enjoy our selection of hot and cold options. We’re also serving our smaller all day menu which includes a selection of our favourite dishes.
