Event Details

From 3:00pm – Check in at leisure at The Castle Hotel and explore Windsor.
5:30pm – Meet in the bar for arrival drinks and a welcome with the hotel team.
6:00pm – Chance for a full tour of the hotel.
6:30pm – Test your skills with our fun Kahoot! quiz – remember to download the app in advance.
7.00pm – Private dining for Conference Care team members.
11:00am – Check out the following day on Saturday morning after breakfast.

Your invite includes a complimentary overnight stay with dinner, breakfast and free parking for Conference Care team members. Any additional food and drink is to be paid for and if you bring a friend they will be able to enjoy complimentary bed and breakfast but will not be included in the quiz or team dinner.
