Featuring an array of edible treats, our afternoon tea menu has been masterminded by our Executive Head Chef Suraj Lokhande and Pastry Chef Suhas to be a feast for the eyes as well as a triumph for the taste buds.
Guests can enjoy the traditional elements of a quintessentially English afternoon tea with a twist, including smoked salmon and dill mousse savoury choux bun, coronation chicken pinwheel wrap and slow cooked Wiltshire ham with mustard mayonnaise on white bread.
Once the savoury course has been devoured, diners can indulge in fruit and plain scones with clotted cream and homemade British berry jam followed by our delicious selection of patisserie, from lemon meringue tartlet with lime and ginger jelly and choux bun sandwich to a lavender macaron with rhubarb mousseline.
We are proud to serve a classic selection of traditional tea blends, fruit and herb infusions and green teas from Darvilles of Windsor. Darvilles have held the Royal Warrant for the last 70 years and continue to supply teas to Windsor Castle.
