FIND YOUR PERFECT SPACE

Our elegantly appointed function rooms cater to events of all sizes. Whether you envision a grand Christmas party for 300 guests or a private dining experience for a select few, we have the perfect space to accommodate your needs.

Pick the grand Windsor Suite, the largest ballroom in all of Windsor, for a wow factor for any large celebration. Full of character, flooded with natural light and adorned with grand chandeliers, it can easily accommodate 250 guests for a gala dinner with dancing into the early hours. The adjoining Georgian Suite with a private bar provides an additional flexible space.

For smaller celebrations our Balmoral and Sandringham suites are stunning spaces. Located on the first floor, the Sandringham Suite is full of character with its own fireplace while the Balmoral Suite can be found on the ground floor for easy access. Both have their own private bars and can seat up to 72 guests for dinner or up to 60 guests for dinner and dancing.

Let the food take centre stage at your event. Talented Head Chef Suraj and his team will tantalise your taste buds with mouth-watering menus crafted from the freshest seasonal ingredients. From bespoke canapés to decadent three-course meals and indulgent afternoon teas, we offer a wide selection of dishes to suit every taste and occasion. And everyone will be catered for. Vegan, gluten-free and vegetarian choices are all available. Our talented team can also help advise on wines and drinks to perfectly compliment your chosen dishes.

ALFRESCO CELEBRATIONS

For a casual meet up, drinks reception or social gathering with a difference, our Leaf garden and terrace offer the ideal private dining option in the open air. Make the most of warm weather in the summer months and in the winter, watch the space be transformed into a winter wonderland with heaters, blankets and twinkling lights for a unique spot. This spacious area is ideal for drinks receptions for up to 150 people. Tuck into delicious sharing platters or work with us to us to create a special menu for your event.
